Tansley Primary School, for children age 4 -11 years, is in the heart of a small idyllic village near Matlock on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire. The school and its grounds are completely inaccessible to through traffic. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and superb outdoor facilities.  Our vision is to provide a well-balanced and excellent standard of education within the safe, caring and happy environment of a village school.
